PROPOSAL SCANNING WORKSHOP

GjC welcomes you to an informal 'digital coffee and lunch' event on April 6th. We will present several proposal calls that are now out, all within core themes of GjC. One call is from the EU research framework. Another is an EU-funded call for projects particularly centering on European digital transformation. A third call is Norwegian, involving strategic partners in the Global South. Details will be collaboratively shared in future GjC discussion forums. Join our workshop if you are interested in engaging. And please come with other ideas. All ideas welcome.

Project proposals on April 6th will center on combinations of the four pillar themes defined on this website: Troubled pasts, transitional journalism, digital social change and journalism education. Send us a note on the form provided here to sign up for the workshop and receive the zoom link.

Projects hosted by GjC may take a variety of forms, and they may be locally hosted as well as owned by your own home institution. GjC seeks to catalyze research, not monopolize ideas. Our forum is made up of individual members, the idea being to foster a community of peers who might more easily find each other.
